Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 after she quit her gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her degree from the college she attended. Her return came in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
